What LUMA TRAVEL INSURANCE Covers?
LUMA TRAVEL is built around fast access to medical care when something goes wrong abroad, plus cover for the everyday things that can disrupt a trip. It covers medical care abroad, what happens when plans change, your belongings, and the 24/7 support that comes with every policy.
These are the highlights only. Benefits, limits and availability vary by product, so check your plan page before you buy.
To cover almost any route, LUMA TRAVEL curates a set of products, each matched automatically to your trip based on where you're going. See how LUMA TRAVEL's products work, or check the FAQ for quick answers to what we hear most.

LUMA TRAVEL insurance products
Depending on your trip's route, your policy falls under one of LUMA TRAVEL's travel insurance products, each with its own coverage limits and policy wording, underwritten by one of LUMA TRAVEL's insurance partners. This is what lets us insure travel between almost any two countries.
You don't choose which product applies to your trip. It's assigned automatically based on your route when you get a quote. What you do choose is a plan tier within that product, which sets your coverage limits. You'll see which product and plan apply to your trip when you get your quote, and it's confirmed in your confirmation email once you purchase.
Coverage and policy wording can vary by product, so check the resources below to see the details for the product that applies to your trip.
